If you see an security window pop-up, this will mean that you are either behind a firewall that prevents cookies [Normally offices], or your browser has been set to block them and you will not be able to complete a purchase.
Cookies are needed by the shopping cart program as a security measure. No personal information is collected by the cookie. It is just to prevent prices being altered.
If you see something that you would like to purchase, simply click on the "Add To Cart" button. As with all our products, they are all handmade and totally unique, so multi-purchases may not be possible. We apologize, but we believe in quality, not quantity.
Once you have finished purchasing, simply go to the checkout, fill in the details and submit. If you wish not to pay via PayPal, we do accept checks, but this does take longer as we have to wait for clearance from the banks.
We accept all major credit cards [Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover] as well as PayPal.

If you wish to pay via PayPal, please be advised that you do not require an existing PayPal account to utilize this service.
We normally ship goods within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving your order. If we cannot send your goods within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) then we will email you and inform you of the delay. (This has not occurred yet).
Goods are sent using USPS. Orders can be shipped 'rush' if needed and will be sent via Fedex or USPS Express Mail. Goods shipped USPS can have a delivery date anywhere from 2 to 5 days, depending on location. Orders shipped Fedex can be delivered anywhere from 1 to 3 days depending on the buyer's shipping preference.
- We can deliver immediately to anywhere within the United States and Canada.
- We also ship internationally, but please contact us first before an placing order so we can determine the international shipping rate.
Shipping and Insurance:
We will offer two forms of USPS delivery for your jewelry purchases. You may select from USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail Services for orders placed within the United States. We offer both services for domestic and international orders.
We will do our best to protect your purchase, therefore, we strongly suggest purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages or damaged goods once they leave our site. Every jewelry piece is mailed from our site in quality-made, perfect, wear-ready condition. All jewelry is protected inside cotton-filled boxes, with bubble wrapping and/or tissue paper. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item and we will be glad to assist you in processing an insurance claim through USPS, if insurance was purchased. Please note that failure or delay to notify immediately may inhibit your ability to file a claim with USPS.
Any 'Free Shipping' promotions on our website do NOT apply to purchases for repair work. 'Free Shipping' is offered for new straight retail purchases from our website only.
We take great care and effort in making sure that your design can withstand normal use. All jewelry is shipped in perfectly assembled and wear-ready condition, allowing you to immediately enjoy. We are not responsible for any repairwork that may be needed on our merchandise, that may occur from shipment or after delivery. If at any time repair work is needed and performed by us, after the item has been delivered, a $20 labor fee, plus material costs will be required to be paid, prior to the repairs being done. Upon completion, a picture will be sent to the customer so they may view the completed repairwork of the item. Afterwards, the customer will pay for the return shipping of their choice.
We strive to ensure that all of our customers who purchase our designs are completely satisified with their selections. In efforts maintain our high standards of quality and to provide all of our customers with quality products, and fair, consistent and the best possible service, please read the following pertaining to our exchange policy. Please notify us, via email, within 48 hours of delivery, of your desire to exchange your item for new selection currently on the site. You will receive a confirmation email from us.
- The jewelry must be returned and received by us no later than the 14th day from the original date of purchase, in its unworn, unaltered and the original wear-ready condition it was mailed in.
- The customer will receive a Merchandise Credit, which is not applicable to custom orders, request for remakes, and may not be redeemed for cash.
- All shipping costs and paypal fees are non-refundable. Jewelry exchanges may be applied only to merchandise currently available on our website.
- The Merchandise Credit is valid for only three months from original date of purchase.
- There are no refunds at any time.
- There are no returns, refunds, or re-designs, or exchanges for any custom orders, bridal orders, requests for remakes, or special orders.
- There are no returns, refunds, or re-designs, for any of our current jewelry available on the website. Exchanges only within 14 days of original purchase date, as long as the exchange conditions are met.
- Exchanges can only be processed once.

We dislike spam as much as you do. We will not send you any unsolicited emails. We only contact you to inform you of your order, or to reply to emails you send us. We never pass your email or other contact details to any other companies. We value your privacy and contact information and do all we can to protect it.
The only "technical problem" problem we have encountered is when someone has had their cookies blocked and was presented with the red error box [shown above]. This has so far only happened [that we know of] with people trying to purchase from company and corporate offices.
